Unknown · I spotted the dog from my car, this morning aroung 7:15AM
He had no collar and looks like a Berger Finnois de Laponie as its fur is majorly black, but I wasn't able to take pictures unfortunately.
I have no idea if the dog is still on that corner at the moment.
