Saw a medium tabby cat at Spring Park while I was out walking. Looked well-groomed so probably has a home nearby

pretty sure this orange tabby cat near downtown Summerside is someone’s pet. Seemed nervous around traffic. Stayed with it for a few minutes but had to get going. Tried to snap a photo but it came out blurry. Someone must be missing this one
