Be the first to commentNot sure if this is your Lucy! I didn't have my phone, so I wasn't able to take a photo, but this was a medium white dog with blue eyes and pointy ears. It had no collar on, and I couldn't see an owner anywhere in sight! It was resting on the sidewalk, and I walked up to it and pet it. It was very friendly, and immediately woke up when I pet it. It stuck around for a while, and then walked away.
