Going on my walk this evening Friday of July 17, 2026. I stumble upon this lonely and friendly small dog. Had no leash or id tag to contact owner. Spotted sitting on 4th Ave and Lillooet St in East Vancouver. I'm recharging the tracker GPS device as it doesn't have any battery power left. Unless if the owner can please respond describing type of harness your dog is wearing or any photo to identify matching proof. Also the type of tracker and model # that was strapped to harness would be helpful. · Medium
