Ear tattoo reading LA4138 or LA4140 (his brothers is LA4139). Minor rashes/scabs on, and under, his chin and some self-inflicted scratches around face due to sensitivity. More blonde than orange and some issues with the length of some whiskers due to scratching. Tip of tail is white as well as all paws. Lightweight, male adult cat age 3 who has a brother waiting for him at home and a skin condition that needs constant veterinarian check up. Please don't let him suffer if you try to keep him, I know he's adorable but please bring him home.
